Registration Form
This form is for Awana registration for ages 4 years through 6th grade. 3-year-olds are allowed to register for Cubbies if they will be entering Kindergarten the year of 2028/2029.

• 3 years and younger will be open for volunteers and those who are taking a class here at the church during that time.
• There is no fee for the 2-3 year old Puggles class.
• Until July 31, cost for the club is $80 / child with a maximum cost of $240 / family.
• Cost beginning August 1 will be $90 / child with a maximum cost of $270 / family.
• If a parent is volunteering with Awana each week, the cost is $50 per child or $150 max per family. 
• Cost includes shirt, book, bag and activities.

• Kick-off for Awana will be Wed., August 26, 2026!
