In October 2001, God blessed me with Jerry, my devoted friend and loving husband, joined in marriage by Pastor Rob and Pastor Larry. Jerry and I have 4 wonderful sons who along with their beautiful wives, have blessed us with 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. I have a BA in Accounting from Washburn University and many credit hours in music/piano at K-State and KU. In 2013, I retired from Stormont Vail Health Care after 26 years as Sr. Accountant and started working part-time at NCC as staff Financial/Accounting Specialist. I’m also a member of the NCC Finance Team, a former Deaconess, and involved in several bible studies where I am passionate to learn the Word of God. My favorite snack is trail mix with M&M’s. I love photography, gardening and caring for “God’s creatures great and small”, as our property is certified by the National Wildlife Association as a Backyard Habitat for wildlife. My greatest passion is serving the Lord through music as pianist for the Choirs, church services, various ensembles, and the Hand Bell Choir”. “Be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord; always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, the Father; and be subject to one another in the fear of Christ.” -Ephesians 5:19-21 I know I was led by the Lord to NCC at this stage of my life. My job allows me to use my accounting skills, to work with and be mentored by great spiritual leaders, and meet many other children of God and disciples of Christ.
