Dave Rizer is a passionate follower of Jesus, a husband and the father of three boys. Dave’s home life is his primary ministry, which allows him to lead others both publically and in the local church. His calling would eventually lead him to Ozark Christian College and serving the local church. The experiences he has had in different church roles have deepened his desire to fulfill Christ’s commission to equip the church to impact the world for the Kingdom.

Jonathon Mitchell is a husband, father and a golf hack. He and his wife, Jessica, have enjoyed 17 years of marriage, working side-by-side raising two great kids, and serving the Church. Jonathon has served in two churches before arriving at Northland in 2018, spending nearly 10 years in NW Indiana, and 2 in Maryville, MO. Jonathon and Jessica’s two kids, Caleb and Haley, stay busy with sports and other activities outside.
First Car: ’82 Chevy Silverado Diesel (with a hole in the side the size of a 5th grader’s head)

My passion for Jesus is what drives me to make sure that our Children's Ministry offers as many opportunities as possible for kids to know, understand and love Jesus! Caring for my parents as they age in my home is such a gift to me. I don't really remember my first car except that it was big like a boat. Cheese, Cheese and anything Cheese is my favorite snack. The hobby I like best is cooking and collecting cookbooks. Especially antique ones.
Matt Cooper is a newlywed husband, avid golfer, and loves movies. He recently graduated from Mid-Atlantic Christian University and has been serving in youth ministry for over four years. He and his wife, Courtney, love adventuring, window shopping, and game nights with friends!

Brendon Krueger is a native to Topeka and graduate of Washburn University. He enjoys serving in the Church and is passionate about sharing the gospel through technology. His first vehicle was a 2002 Jeep, and enjoys nature, music, and spending time with friends. His favorite snack is a bowl of cereal.
Jack Hishmeh is a lover of music, coffee, and the Green Bay Packers. His passion is to cultivate and encourage a body of authentic worshippers through word and truth. He is getting married to his fiancé, Haley, in May of 2019. They both look forward to sharing life experiences and advancing the gospel together in the Church.

As one of Northland’s Administrative Assistants, I love serving God and his people at Northland and consider my job as a ministry providing so many opportunities to continue growing a servant’s heart. You can be in ministry anywhere you work – I’ve just been blessed to work at churches for over 27 years of my life! (I started when I was 4…) My husband, Mike, and I enjoy working side-by-side in the work that God does through us as we Love our God, and Love His People.
First Car: A 1966 burgundy two-door Chevy Impala (that I traded in for a 1966 baby-blue Plymouth Belvedere!

My husband, Mack, and I have been a part of NCC for almost 30 years. I began working here 22 years ago. We have a son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. My first car was a 1972 green Ford Torino with NO power steering or power brakes. I love chocolate and I enjoy sewing, quilting and handwork projects.
My husband, Gary, and I have been married for 39 years and have three daughters, Christa, Amy, and Kara and one grandson, Dyno. We have been attending NCC since we moved to Topeka from Overland Park in 2011 and I started assisting our Children's Director in 2016. My first car was a 1970 Chevy Vega. I love to read and listen to music. My favorite snack is anything salty.
Michael Damman is a husband for 40 plus years to Gerra his best friend, three children, and eleven grandkids. Michael has been serving at Northland for twenty plus years enjoying seeing how God has moved the church over the years.

Richard is a lifelong resident of Kansas and member of the Christian Church. He and his wife Karen have been married for 40 years and have two children and 11 grandchildren. Richard retired from work after nearly 40 years of service and still enjoys helping at work when needed. Karen retired from the Seaman School District. We enjoy travelling, fishing, spending time with family, and watching K-State sporting events.

Steve Johnson is a husband and father. He has a passion for teaching God’s word and doing life with other believers, which has led him to serve in children’s, youth, adult and the worship ministries in his time at Northland.

Andy Reddick is a born and raised Topekan who was lucky enough to marry his high school sweetheart Tabitha in 2004. Now, he's since grown into a family man with four awesome kids- Braden, Taylor, Carsyn, and Kolton - who he loves spending time with! He enjoys the community of Northland and has a heart for discipleship, building relationships, and meeting new people.

Gary and his wife Trudy have been married for over 40 years and they have three adult daughters and son-in-law‘s with soon to be fourth grandchild. Gary has been active in his local church since 1987, serving the body in the stewardship areas, discipling and mentoring men, and children. Gary spent nearly 40 years in the financial services industry before retiring in 2015 to focus on his passion to mentor, disciple and coach 2 Timothy 2:2 men through Christian Business Men’s Connection USA.
