The Worship Arts Director is called to inspire and lead the congregation in passionate worship, fostering an environment where people can deeply connect with Jesus. This role involves organizing and leading worship services on Sunday mornings, guiding the worship team, and integrating technical elements to enhance the worship experience.
The Technical Director champions the use of technology at Northland by aligning technology with our worship and other environments, ensuring seamless communication, and enhancing the overall experience for our staff and church community.

FSA: Paying for healthcare and daycare expenses can be stressful, which is why Northland offers a Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Account. The Flexible Spending Account allows our staff members to set aside pre-tax contributions from their check to pay for eligible healthcare expenses. The account is pre- funded in the beginning of the year or their benefits effective date. The Dependent Care Account allows our staff members to set aside pre-tax contributions in an account to pay for eligible daycare expenses.-
