WELCOME TEAM
Every Sunday morning at Northland we strive to create a friendly atmosphere where anyone can walk in and immediately sense God’s love at work. Our Welcome Team has an important job: to make newcomers feel welcome and make the regulars feel at home. NORTHLAND KIDS (Birth – 6th Grade)
Do you love helping kids discover just how much God loves them? At Northland Kids, we’re all about creating a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment where children can grow in their relationship with Jesus. Whether you’re rocking babies, leading worship, sharing Bible stories, or guiding small group discussions, there’s a special place for you to make an impact. NSM (7TH-12TH GRADE)
Are you passionate about helping the next generation to live out a faith that’s truly their own? At NSM we’re dedicated to creating an environment where every student can belong while discovering Jesus and being transformed by him. PRODUCTION
Do you love being behind the scenes but making a big impact? Our Production Team is all about using sound, video, lighting, and cameras to create an environment where people can encounter God. Whether you’re mixing audio, running lights, operating cameras, or managing slides, every role helps elevate the worship experience and keep things running smoothly. GROUP LEADER
Our small group leaders are committed followers of Christ who are equipped to help others grow in their faith through genuine connections and open conversations. This role is designed for believers who are ready to guide others in a supportive, Christ-centered environment.
